My Story – Pooja | Refining Diet

I didn’t start Refining Diet because I had everything figured out.
I started it because I was tired of doing everything wrong.

Like most people, I tried the usual path—skipping meals, following random diet charts, cutting out foods I loved, and chasing quick results. For a while, it worked… but it never lasted. I’d lose a little weight, then gain it back. More than that, I felt frustrated, restricted, and constantly thinking about food.

That’s when it hit me—this isn’t how health is supposed to feel.

I realized the problem wasn’t lack of discipline. It was the approach. Crash diets, extreme restrictions, and “all or nothing” thinking were never designed to fit real life.

So I stopped chasing fast results—and started focusing on understanding food, my body, and my habits.

I began making small, realistic changes. Eating better without cutting everything out. Building habits that didn’t feel like punishment. And for the first time, it felt sustainable. I wasn’t just seeing changes physically—I felt more in control, more confident, and more at peace with food.

That’s exactly why I created Refining Diet.

This isn’t about perfection.
This isn’t about restriction.
This is about learning how to live in a way that actually lasts.
